ABOUT
Charlotte founded her textile studio in 2025, creating artworks from natural linen, wool felt and wire.
Her work is inspired by the buildings and interiors of architects and designers she admires, exploring the relationship between pattern, scale and space. Drawing on her background as an Environmental Psychologist, she uses natural materials to create repetitive compositions rich in texture.
Environmental Psychology is a discipline that explores the relationship between human beings and their physical surroundings. Charlotte incorporates its key design principles to create art that enhances mood and wellbeing by evoking feelings of familiarity, comfort and order.
Charlotte's pieces can be found in both contemporary and period spaces and this website displays a small collection of her work.
